Asmamaw Atnafu Ayalneh

Dr. Asmamaw Atnafu Ayalneh is an associate professor of Health Systems and Policy at the University of Gondar. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Health from Seoul National University and has a background in hospital administration and medical laboratory technology. Starting as a clinician and lab technologist, he later transitioned to academia, teaching and advising in public health, health economics, and M&E. He played a key role in launching two Ph.D. programs in Health System Policy and Health Economics and currently supervises over 10 Ph.D. students.
